FPS Issues, Reinstalling the game.

I'm reinstalling CoD4. Deleting and redownloading from Steam. If that doesn't work then I might end up reinstalling Windows 7 altogether.

So I'll be inactive for the next couple days but I'll stay on the forum.

I just fired up SupCom2.... getting terrible framerates there too. MW3's aren't being kind either. Looks like I'm going with the second option and reinstalling Windows.
