Zero,
1. Download Rkill http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill
2. Download MalwareBytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/
3. Dont install them just yet. Just run Rkill.
4. A CMD window will pop-up.
5. Wait for Rkill to eliminate all suspected viruses/processes.
6. A notepad should then pop-up saying which processes have been termintated.
7. Run and install Malwarebytes.
8. Just unplug your computer at the power source (Dont shut down from start menu)
9. Reboot your computer, Start in safe mode.
10. Let windows sort its self out.
11. Open Malwarebytes and select FULL System scan.
12. When its done, remove all quarantined viruses. It might require a reboot for Malwarebytes to remove them.
13. Your computer (should) be virus free.

asuming that it's a windows vista pc, turn it on then straight away press alt + f10, this will take it to acer's erecovery management program which will allow you to take it back to factory settings. it's gonna be easier than trying to delete the virus. BUT you will lose everything you've put on the machine since you've bought it.

And for gods sake dont use avg antivirus, it sucks monkey balls. Use microsoft security essentials from www.microsoft.com/securityessentials. It's much better, and get malwarebytes on it asap

I agree, AVG sucks ass. Back when i used to use it and updated to the newest version it blue screened my PC and i could not boot into windows. Thankfully i had dual boot and was able to boot into the second OS and delete AVG from there. Ever since i use Avast and Malwarebytes.
