issue with ALLCOD games

Whenever i open a COD game i always get black bars to both sides of the screen. I've tried everything i can in order to get the game to fill the whole screen, including changing the aspect ratio and the refresh rate of the game. Anyone got any ideas as to how i can get the game to fill the whole screen?

you need to go through the menu on your monitor (the actual monitor, there are menu buttons) and adjust it through there so that it fits the screen.

Tried that already city. And besides every other game is fullscreen as are all my web browsers

What is your monitor brand/model number.

Reinstall? If so, I would check out your graphics card, or your COD disk.
