Hi all, due to the recent promotions and talk of promoting even more people, there has been a change to some Staff responsibilities.
Noobmod - Basically Moderator training. Will be trained in RCON by a more senior Mod or Admin, and have limited server access until they are deemed ready to go solo.
Moderator - These are the guys who will police the servers. They will have access to most of the servers, if not all, for purposes of banning, or locking down.
SuperMod - Full server access, plus basic forum moderation responsibilities (edit posts for inappropriate content, moving threads that are in incorrect areas, and deleting posts).
Admins - Same as Supermod, but are the first point of contact for their various areas of responsibility (i.e. recruiting, member issues, staff, forum issues etc).
Wally - The man.
The idea is we can have more mods, and more supermods. All members can apply to be staff, but all promotions are done by the more senior staff observing your conduct.
So play nice.
As discussed, if you have an issue with another member, you first point of contact is the Member Admin. Same goes for recruiting, staff issues or forum issues. The Admin layer is designed to take the pressure off Wally so he doesn't get bombarded with a ton of PMs asking him to change someone's name (for example).
