will be playing on s1 from now on. He's only 9 (nearly 10), but he does know how to behave. He will be taught to play the way i play (sorry brian). If there are any issues, can i ask that staff members contact me first and i'll deal with him here. I don't think that there should be any problems, but you never know.

Maybe you shouldnt let a 9 year old play an M rated videogame, not trying to tell you how to raise your son...oh wait I was, sorry bout that. Maybe start him off with something more age appropriate. I'm all for letting Kids play games but I don't want to be hearing it on the news later. Maybe Pokemon?
 
It's the dad's choice.
Please don't get mad if we start cussing and making your son get into bad behavior, because this is a R-rated game, and you really can not expect badmouthing to happen.

I think it's his dad's choice. Also he will learn sooner or later about poppin caps in asses anyway so it's w/e really. Boys will be boys.
 
Tell your Jr never look up to sodalover's play style and his talking ability. Tell him that before letting him play.
 
guys, i was playing GTA when i was 7 years old. I think CoD4 is fine for a 9 year old lol.

but imo, if you are older than 5, then it doesn't make a difference whether you are introduced to swearing at 9 or at 12, and i played ma games when i was 10 and 11 :P
 
Sorry guys, looks like i over looked his name. His profile name is 8robo. I wont get mad if people start cussing, he may be only 9 but he's very mature for his age and knows that this is just a game and that he'll only be shooting sprites.

And whenever I get bored, I always re-download that damn game!
 
i was hacking on maplestory when i was 10... then i got banned and went and joined a private server... and was a GM on there for like 6 months, in which time it got to #1 most played private server :P

NEVER TOO YOUNG FOR GAMES -_- (especially not age of empires... i still play the first AoE)
