I don't know how far your router is from your PC but I'd first try to connect your PC directly to your router via Ethernet. If it logs on fine, then your wireless card more than likely took a dump.
If connecting it via Ethernet still doesn't get you online, there might be an issue with your PC. Some similar symptoms I've seen at my workplace just means that you probably have a virus. Two programs I use to get the viruses out are:
Spybot - Search & Destroy and
Malwarebytes. They do a darn good job at getting rid of 'em.
There are some viruses that literally disable you from opening anything and everything, and those literally are a P.I.T.A. to get rid of but it's not something I can easily explain.
Either way, connect it to your router so we can move onto the next step. And +1 to what Houston said.
