open console. type in "/bind (any key) say Die Spawn Camper!"
EX: /bind P say Die Spawn Cmeper!!!
If you want your bind to be colorful,
EX: /bind P say ^8 Die Spawn Camper!
[the ^8 makes your words colorful, you need the ^, which is shift 6. after that, you can put ANY numer from 1-9. each number represents a color, like ^6 would get you purple.]
