Hey, I'm goin back to boston for a bit, clean out the apartment. Check out my status at berklee. See where I'm going from there.

Anyway, last time I was there, I had a diet of noodles almost exclusively.

This time I would like to cook some more diverse foods.

I am looking for cheap, easy, healthy recipes. Who's got some?

I've got a gas stove and oven. I got a microwave.

I would tell you some, but you said healthy. I don't do healthy. Actually, you can use the noodles in the ramen packs for curry. Get some coconut milk, curry paste (doesn't have to be hot), vegetables and w/e else you may want to add - chicken, seafood w/e. Simple, quick and healthy. Plus it's damn good.

Quesadillas for breaskfast. Monterey jack cheese + tortillas. Done in 5 minutes. Is it healthy? Well, if you eat a ton of it probably it isn't. But it's always good for breakfast every once in a while.

I don't cook real food, so I'm not sure what else to suggest besides the above and cereal

edit: I'd probably die without my wife or mom (when I wasn't married).

Lol@nuke. I don't do either.

I use a pan without any oil or butter and just let it warm up 'til the tortilla starts to cook then flip and do the other tortilla. If you put too much cheese, it'll start spewing to the sides and that'll give it a little oil.

I've fried them before and they're damn good but not ideally healthy lol

I think he meant the microwave.

Not if you keep flipping them. If you put slices of cheese rather than chunks, it'll melt before the tortilla burns.

Yeah, I cant cook worth shit. When I go grocery shopping, I buy a lot of microwave and oven type of things. Like hot wings, pizza, top ramen, and french fries. You know the Carl's Jr commercial slogan? "With out us some men would starve"- they are talking about me lol.

One of my personal favorites:

Take out hotpocket from freezer.
Unwrap and put in the cardboard box thing it comes with
microwave for 2 minutes
let cool for 1 minute
eat.

CAUTION: It will either be cold or boiling laval hot. never at a good temperature. If this happens just warm up or put in fridge for a little depending on what is wrong.

Note: Freezer burn does not mean ur Hot Pocket is cooked.

I think that is is better to spend 20 minutes making something that you will be able to eat for multiple days, then 5-10 minutes each day.
