about CartO_on server

now the maps are changing themself but mp sparta and some otheres are to big for 2 and if there are 3 ppl online its not very comfortaball to play in teams so i am asking to turn on online voatings (when mods are not online)

We are thinking about changing the maps up, and member and guests who use the server are welcome to chime in.
