Need voulnteers for montage clips!

Yo i need one server admin (somone who can change the maps) and one other person.

Im making a montage and i need a few clips that i can't get without me recording it in game it would take a max of 10 - 15 mins to do maybe less if everything goes smoothly.

If anyone is willing to donate some of their time post in here

Guy 1 (also server admin) = Shooter + be able to change to the correct map for me
Guy 2 = Guy getting shot

And i need a shot of a guy dieing and falling down mainly just a cinematic lol

your thinking of the wrong thing it's called a cinematic cent0 you use it to show off the kill at a different angle. Since COD4 dosen't allow free roam camera in play back i need to set up the shot and get it again to take a different POV of it.

why dont you just record yourself actually playing and then cut out the best clips?

Just play for like 2 hours and do demos of each game, and then mark each demo as either having good shots or not having a good shit, then go back and watch them and cut them up...

This way you can also send it to someone with a nice computer who can go back and record the actual video at high graphics settings.

Or bind /record and /stoprecord to key presses and record...... every time you get a nasty shot, press stoprecord, then mark that file with a name for the shot.

If you are going to get someone to die on purpose in a specific way just so you can have a pretty shot, then you should make a note of this in the montage "Shots were set up ahead of time." If you don't mind doing it, then you wouldn't be embarassed for everyone to know, right?

there must be programs to allow different angles of recording. Nabil made a demo where i saw third person camera and free roam.

COd4 demo player allows for you to change to 3rd person and that's it. It's useless the clips are all from actual games i record the hole game and if i get any good shots i wright it down and use fraps to record it later.

I don't know how you guys took a "cinematic" as a set up kill. It's a set up kill to re enact the kill so i can get different angels.

One more thing my comupter runs COD4 at full resolution and graphic settings, if it couldn't i wouldn't be editing.
