How did you get banned from the rather ghey <sr> server?

I got banned by hopping everywhere and agreeing with "Charlie Sheen" (Wally) that the server did in fact suck, lol.

I was banned after the so-called admin called me a liar when he tried calling me General Awesome.. I told him that was my son and called him a douchebag for calling me a liar

I was Charlie Sheen. Someone else actually said the server was weak. I never agreed or disagreed to whoever stated the fact.

How I got banned:
SR Guy: Wow, Charlie Sheen, get off of the cod4 drug you're on.
*I changed my name to* |KKK|WaLLy

2 seconds later, I was banned. They were pissed at us for harassing at us in whole because some of our members decided to harass them for their shitty rules. Oh well. I haven't been banned in over +2 years. TY <SR>

Well that on mod was banning all KKK tags on sight. Like i said they have a crappy system for regulating their mods. I talked to some members that were completely fine, and I know at least one of their mods is great. I have talked to him bunches.

However, I have been banned from their server at least 3 times now for ''wallhack.'' I have a demo of the game i got banned from today (the WHOLE game) for any suspicious parties. Then i went back on and played multiple games trying my hardest to get banned again... no go. Obviously something is awry.

For the shitty rules, different mods uphold different rules. Some members don't give a shit one way or the other. Some mods are fucking making up rules and banning every chance they get. It's a little messed.

There seems to be a trend of "before you say anything kiss my feet and call me jesus" mentality among the moderators there. No arguing with them, no matter how polite and well intentioned. No challenging the rules. Basically like greg said, people trying to get their control fix.

So how i got banned

Banned for wallhack on three occasions.

1. Shot someone who was half visible through a wall.... WHILE HOPPING . . . .. .. .. . . "OMG NO!"
2. Appealed that ban. They said "fine w/e" and i got on the server. The leader, Garathnor, got on and went to spec. 20 minutes later I got banned. Why? Because apparently he thought stupid ol' me would get on and the first thing i'd do was wallhack when i knew he was speccing. Somehow this was a plausible explanation for the way I play.
3. Today..... i have no idea what was going through the mod's mind. I pwnd him a coupla times, he went to spec, i started getting owned, then i got banned AFTER i was killed, and before i spawned.

Stevo and City, it may seem immature on the surface but there's a reason.
They have these goofy admin whose only goal is to make players' lives miserable on their servers by imposing goofy rules which don't make sense. (Like, no hopping or cursing.)
It lead us to believe they're only using their server as a forum where they can push people around with their mod privs.

So, it made sense to fk with them because of this.
It was in good fun, they kinda knew this.

No, I wasn't winning thought I did have a good KDR. I had a really hard time with the normal speed setting (its slow compared to ours now; that's how long I haven't played in other servers) and not having the killcam really bothered me as well.

Either way, I'd like to get a clan match against them. Bring it!

I didn't break a single rule any of the three times i have been banned. Yes it is childish to go on their servers simply to break rules. Its like being an asshole for fun, something anyone who has been wasted and with a bunch of friends has experienced *cough* stevo *cough*

What's not ok is that people like wally go on and get banned simply for having KKK tags on, without warning. Some admins LOOK for any excuse to kick/ban, as if they are worried they are missing hackers or something when there haven't been any kicks or bans in a while, or as if they need to show regular players on their servers and members that they are an active server staff. There are admins on the server who pick fights with the use of overbearing rules, harsh interpretations of any playing style simply to utilize the rules to pick fights, and simply baiting new players on their servers into arguments, which happens to be against the rules for anyone but the admins.

There are, I am sure, a few very good admins in the clan, the ones I saw yesterday were worse than worthless.

I seriously hope no one in this krew was immature enough to use their tags to piss them off, even if it was somehow in good fun. You'd have to be a moron not to realize they'd kick/ban you for that, and a lil less of a moron to realize that this would reflect badly on our krew.

I vote that anyone caught doing this has to make a WELL written formal apology that gets approved by our upper staff, and then post it on both our "The Lounge" section (for everyone to see) and on their site. This formal apology must include first the actual apology, why what you did was wrong, and then how you will do better in the future. You will apologize directly to all the members you can remember the server at the time SPECIFICALLY and then apologize to the SR clan as a whole.

Kinda agreed with you. I don't think we have to enforce it though. Karma is a bitch, and you can't hide from karma. And yes, I don't think you guys should go around screwing with their servers. But who am I to tell you what to do? That's just my opinion.

EDIT: What's the IP of this <sr> server? I want to have a first hand experience of being ban for a ridiculous reasons by their mod.

You should tell us what to do. You're going to be a member and your voice is just as important as any other members. No need to specify that it's just your opinion, we'll all take it to heart just as that. I agree, no need to fuck with other servers just for the sake of terrorizing someone.
