Added CoD child boards to the following forum:
Call of Duty series

Moved the BO forum to the Call of Duty series.

Added:
-Show signature once per page in all the current themes
-Who has read a thread
-Quick reply has more features, e.i. smilies
-Limit guest viewing of threads to 5 pages
-Thread Starter text (shows who started the thread)

-Guests can only see the 1st post on each thread
