You're tethered aren't you? If so, you'll have to wait a few more months for the untethered version. One or the reasons why I dont turn my phone off or restate it LOL

im not even jailbroken
i just cant seem to get my phone into DFU without screwing the whole thing up.

I'm not exactly sure why you can't but there's programs that let you get out of DFU mode and recovery mode.
