I'm never sure where I should post a question like this so forgive me if I should of posted this some other place. I've been trying to edit a video I have. I've used many programs, but all of them freeze and crash. I've asked for help and someone said it was because my computer couldn't handle the quality of the video. That person said it was because of my graphic card [I think]. Does anyone know of any programs that can decrease and increase the quality of videos? My plan was to decrease the quality of the video first. After I decreased the quality of the video I was going to start editing my video then increase the quality back. Does anyone know if that would work? Hope this make sense
