That's why you are a recruit.
But I can honestly say I do. I used to get my steady aim with me, but since I got my P90 red dotted I thought I just zoomed in more and get the marty for it. Just because I hate (spawn)campers.
Still, there are plenty of ways besides marty of course.

well marty not always works as we all know there are spwns where they are killing from far away
but usaly posting in chat about spwn camper helps ppl are starting tracking his spwn point and killing him there
i also like to come back at spwns where i just got killed and make some lil knife payback to spwn campers

i only hunt down the aimboters.
and i must say, im not too bad at killing those aimbotters.
one game, i killed this mad aimboter(125-11) 7 times! and he killed me like 5 times, lol.
major fun.
