hey guys, ive got a small idea about the krew. i think that you need a small group of demoted players to help ease the spawncamping/hacking problems. i think this would help since that more Europeans would manage to help stop other time zone problems. these people could have something like |K| in their name. just a suggestion since there is a lot of hackers on when most admins are sleeping or whatever.......

Sorry to put a damper on your idea, but this idea has been discussed lots among the members of the Krew. If you have noticed, we have added several noob-mods. One of them I know is from Europe; that is Takeaway. I don't know if there are any more from Europe that have been added, but I do know that having regular members as mods is not what WaLLy wants for the Krew. I am sorry to announce, but the current state is about as good as it's gonna be for about 2-3 weeks. I know that the mods are doing all that they can to keep order in S1 as much as possible, but you have to remember that they are humans just as much as we are. There are mods on the way that will hopefully relieve the stress on S1.

I think it will help if you pick ur mods by who plays the most and what not so they are on the servers the most. And i think it should be a perma ban right after they are warned once because just a kick isnt going to deter them from doing it again.

The thing is camcam, if someone has been spawncamping for several games straight and has been warned, they will get a temp ban. If they persist after that, then they get a perma-ban. Permanent bans are reserved for hackers and the sort, but if a person is spawncamping that much, they will get a perma-ban.

The problem is still there.. last week for instance everyday between 9 and 5 est, chaos in S1 as per the norm. Truthfully the first time I remember seeing the noob mods was over the weekend or at night. Thank god Stevo was around occasionally to help us out because nobody else was here, NOBODY.. and it's been like that for awhile now

Well once Take gets the PW to S1, he should be able to help out on weekdays. I know that all the noob-mods live in the U.S.A. and that is a real problem, but there aren't many other members that have been here long enough for people to be trusted with the mod privileges.

everyone has this idea....
idk whenever im on S1 there arnt that many hackers....and spawn camping is just part of the game....as gay as it is u have to deal with it...and its a way to get headshots

The problem is ALWAYS gonna be there. Unless we make everyone and their grandmas Moderators; the problem just wont go away. We'll try to accomodate players from different timezones to ease it a bit but even then, it's just temporary because even the new staff members can't be here 24/7 to patrol things.

The only other solution is to have staff members on payroll, but I aint rich yet for that to happen LOL
