So I just got banned from the Gloryseekers server for hacking, and they have no forums for me to contest it. I guess I was kind of scary that match, but damn. Unlike bots I actually miss sometimes, and I only headshot about 30% of the time (according to my profile stats). I'm just happy you guys didn't freak out and ban me at the start. It gets so old after a while.

I'm thanking you, honestly. I got quite a bit less shit from the |KKK| admins than from just about any server I can think of. In any case, I did find a forum where I can contest my ban, but I'm not too optimistic on the outcome. It's more or less up to the overall maturity of the admins.

It's not that we know, it's just we like to confirm. One thing I really hate is banning someone. A ban results in 1 less person that visits our servers. Some bans are needed though, e.i. hacking. Godless may look like a hacker but I can attest along with the rest of my Staff that he isn't one.

I appreciate that, Wally. I put in my post to this clan that they could contact you guys if they had questions. I hope you don't mind. It's basically all I can really do to prove my innocence. I dislike being banned from anywhere, and I work hard to overturn / avoid them when possible. I try to be a positive influence on the server (encourage the team, be respectful, etc. I am brutal on internet-egos, though. I hate internet tough guys), but sometimes this happens anyhow.

Soo, I just managed to get banned from Houndsofhades. Has none of these people ever experienced a talented player? This shit gets really really old after a while, because I get tired of having to go contest them.

Why don't you just play on the KKK servers, well I say that but sometimes I also go to other servers, other than that I don't know what else to tell ya.

Well, the way it's headed your servers might be all that's left in the end. I don't like to hound your servers all the time, because my presence tends to empty out the one I'm playing on after a few matches.

On a side note: BoK just banned me for using the scroll wheel. They never asked me if I was using it (which I'm not. You can make the server auto-kick for that anyhow). The drama never ends with me, it seems.

I mean that in a good way because like you said, after a few matches the players start leaving, and I'm sure it's because they don't like getting smoked every round they play, I know I sure don't. In a way it sucks to be that good because you "want" to show it off but in reality if you do, then this kind of shit happens, that's my 2 cents man, good luck

THIS IS THE NEW RULE LIST AND NOW APPLIES TO RELEVENT SERVERS :

If a player breaks ANY of these rules, the following will happen :
1: Kick
2: Temp Ban
3: Ban

Warning players is at admin's discrection, but remember the console messages repeat our rules on a loop in multiple langauges.


ALL SERVERS :


The rule list is to be as followed.

Bunny hopping is only allowed on the S&D server at this time. This rule is up for voting, so it may be changed.

RPG's are to be used as a tactically used weapon, not primairy. Meaning, do not get into RPG spamming or suiciding with them. Abuse the use of the RPG, and it will no longer be allowed on our servers.

No use of the Grenade launcher attachment.

No use of the Martyrdom or Last Stand Perks.

No swearing, or disrespect towards any player in our servers. If you want to argue with people, find another means to do so outside of our servers.

Do not hack, glitch, or cheat on our servers. We stream to pbbans and punks busted, meaning get caught hacking here, and be banned on any and all PB servers.

No Sniping Or CAMPING ON SABOTAGE. Everyone Goes For the Objective..

Do not flood or spam chat, and binds must be kept to TWO colors, and not to be spammed either. No spamming of the rules unless warning a player. Thats what the console is used for.

No clan recruiting here either unless for BoK.

Do not post URLs that point to inappropriate content, such as pornography, illegally
distributed software, cheats or virus applications.

Nicknames are not registered within each game therefore the choice of nickname is the player's decision. However, inappropriate nicknames such as abusive, racist or swear words are not permitted. Nicknames must have at least 3 valid letter charecters in the name.

Do not idle on the server.

Do not impersonate any BoK Member.

Do not be abusive to any player in game. Treat any and every player with respect.

Admins have the right to kick Spectators, Non BoK players with low score then Non BoK Memebers starting with the lowest score first. If the server is full and spots are needed.

Admin Rules and BoK Member Specific Rules.

++Admins please instead of in the general window of AGRcon, go to the PB window, and when issueing a kick, please use the PB kick feature and type in the reason as to WHY the kick happened. If it is for using the "Noob Tube" Please type the actual name of the item, for some players may not understand what a noob tube is, so please write down Grenade Launcher attachement, that way they know that it is not allowed.++

Camping is a valid tactic in game, you may not kick another player for camping in any other game type then Sabotage. If this is done, it is considered an abuse of admin rights.

Ventrilo is a must when playing, while being in the proper channel.

DO NOT kick for High Ping - Our servers are setup to kick high ping players after a set period. IF you consider a player to have an exesivly high ping that may be lagging the server or disrupting fair gameplay then please refer them to B_M_F's or Harkness to check and take appropirate action

Admins MUST do their Job, if you are an admin you are expected to keep your AGRcon for the server you are in OPEN so you can preform your own kicks and provide kicks/temps/bans for non admins in that server. If you are aware that a server you are not playing in has BoK members in but NO admins then please have that copy of AGRcon open too so you can provide kicks for the regular [BoK] Memebers in there. If you are out of game but have your computer on and have access to your desktop and vent then please provide admin support as often as possible.

If a kick/tempban/ban is requested YOU MUST say "I HAVE GOT IT" or similar so that other admins are aware you are taking care of that offence. DO NOT procede with a kick if some one else has said they will take it, even if you are faster... This causes multiple people to get kicked from our servers for no reason. It is the admin's responsibility to dictate if the offense warrants a temp or perma-ban. We had a ban list of over 10,000 seperate people. We do not need to ban for every offense. Please attempt to issue a PB kick instead of a general kick, and give the reason as to the kick, for it explains to the player WHY he was kicked.

++Remember Admins, we requested this job or optioned to take it, if it is too much responsibility to handle, then please inform upper management that you no longer wish to have Admin privilidges.
If you are an admin, and have vent running, either be in a channel in which players can reach you, Or be available to take care of any admin responsibilities, if you are playing another game for example, Please be able to have vent running and accept pages from the non admin players.++
