1. Drink LOTS of water, but not too much. Just drink a few bottles a day

2. NO beef or pork or any other red meats in you’r diet. All of them need to be CUT OUT. Only eat white chicken breast, turkey is ok too but it has a bit more fat, but chicken breast is great.


3. Don’t over eat neither

4. Whole wheat bread, use that to make sammichs. NO white bread.

5. Get 2% or lower milk, no more whole milk.

6. No more eating candy bars, candies of any kind. Including chocolate but if you’re a lazy piggie, and u don’t want to exercise, you’ll still lose weight just not as fast

Some other good tips are to cut out all drinks that contain sugar.

You can sub for beef and pork with buffalo - still a bit high in fat but much less than beef. You can also try turkey burgers which are actually pretty good.

Eat foods that are fresh and natural. No processed junk such as cook at home pizzas and the like. They are horrible for you.

When buying chicken, buy organic, non hormone injected chickens. These you will see are much smaller because they are not injected with all sorts of crap to fatten them up. The stuff they feed and inject into them to fatten em up, you also eat, therefore adding to your belly fat.

Cutting out milk is also a good idea. Cutting out soda is essential.

The Moment's diet:
Morning: 4 pieces of Cinnamon Toast
Mid-Morning: 2 Sandwiches of whatever I feel like.
Lunch: Anything I can find.
Dinner: 1-1.5 lbs of Steak

Go eat salad and drink water, run a few blocks wearing 6 layers of clothes and you're skinny in no time .

Currently eating Middleswarth BBQ chips and drinking coffee..

Best way to lose weight is to back away from the keyboard, exercise and eat in moderation..

Stay away from junk foods and processed foods. Cut out most breads, eat chicken, drink lots of water, green tea, excersice.... its better to eat 6-8 small portion meals then to eat 3 big meals eating more frequent will boost you're matabolism.

Dude... I eat anything whenever. I eat 3-4 bags of potato chips per day with a bunch of muffins for breakfast. And I'm not fat!

Sport is the best Diet plan but in the winter I can't do sooo much sport like I do in the summer but these few pounds are np and are quickly forgotten when it's summer again.
