1. Drink LOTS of water, but not too much. Just drink a few bottles a day
2. NO beef or pork or any other red meats in you’r diet. All of them need to be CUT OUT. Only eat white chicken breast, turkey is ok too but it has a bit more fat, but chicken breast is great.
3. Don’t over eat neither
4. Whole wheat bread, use that to make sammichs. NO white bread.
5. Get 2% or lower milk, no more whole milk.
6. No more eating candy bars, candies of any kind. Including chocolate but if you’re a lazy piggie, and u don’t want to exercise, you’ll still lose weight just not as fast
