I received a PM from Reality6207, this is what he says

I started playing CODMW less then a month ago and the first server i went on was your FFABroadcastby|KKK| 208.43.15.56:28960 server and played on there for like 2 weeks to try to learn the game....
Ended up really liking the server and the people on there!! Then one day (sorry i don't remember the date now) I got kicked and Perm Ban and have no idea why no one said anything to me as too what if anything i might be doing wrong (had no marty,hacks or foul mouth) just kicked and banned. I followed the server rules so I have no idea whats up.....
I did try to contact one of the members for help on who to talk to off the clan web page the day it happened but no response so then I emailed damageINC I'm writing to you now. if I did something wrong then please tell me what? and if I did not then please unban me cause I really enjoy your server and the people that play on there...!
I have been gaming a long time (many other FPS's) I have never used cheats so whoever did this to me was wrong or they banned me when they might have been trying to ban someone else instead (mistake) If you could see fit to look in to this and tell me something I would be grateful.... I did send this in email to damageINC he told me to post on your page... Thank you for your time on this matter...

Yea, no recoils are tricky to spot and if he was using a scroll fire he might not have known the rule.

He basically said in his email what his above PM says. He thought i was the head admin. I let him know Wally was and he should contact Wally or make a post on the forum. He also said he made a post the day it happened, but he wasn't even registered until yesterday or today.

What was the name you were banned with? If you made a thread on the forum about it, it should have been responded to. Come back to the forum and make a new post. I am not the head admin, that would be Wally. I am one of the admins though.

About No recoil, I think that every one is able to see if it's a NR hack. Even on a Scorpion.

Not a hacker...
met him on another server before seeing him on broadcast....we played 1 v 1 on crash for a long time....i then told him about this server and he came...
i only saw him here 1 or 2 times and then he "dissapeared". I am positive he does not hack...
he doesnt really need to seeing as he isnt that bad at COD

Disagree. People can use grip and silencers which makes some guns look like they have very little recoil. More then one mod has come and asked for help in specing someone for this reason.

I don't exactly know what is happening with this, but if this guy is literate enough to write such a good PM, then I think that we can trust him. Whether he was hacking or not I believe that him being un-banned would be okay. If one of the mods finds him again "hacking" then he should be banned. I think that if this guys has enough sense, then he won't "hack" again.

Just because someone is literate enough to write a nice message dont mean he's not a spawn camping, no recoiling, glitching douchebag hacker..

I personally remember this guy to be a decent clean player. I think it's the mod's call though. He is the one that actually saw what he saw

Depending on what weapon and perk he was using, it can easily look like no recoil.

I get accused of no recoil with the saw.

And besides, who uses no recoil in isolation?

What I was trying to say with that was that if this guy was a real person and not a hacker, he probably wouldn't care enough to send a PM written that well. If a person is a hacker, then they probably wouldn't write to one of the mods because they know that they hacked.

he wasnt using a lmg. he was using a m14 firing it faster than a scroll wheel would allow and it had no recoil or visual bounce too it at all. thats what i saw on my end.
