S3 and S4

Is there anything going on with S3 and S4 that would cause them to be down? My favorite bar is just wacked out because it can't get the IP address. Are these servers down for maintenance, adding maps, or have they been removed?
I haven't been as diligent in reading posts as I have been in the past, so I might have missed something.

well its still down because the server switched to the dallas location

+ wally is still deciding on what maps should be put on them

I'm working on them right now. S3 is already up. You can check the server banners for the IP for S3, but I'll make an announcement about the new IP addresses once I'm completely done.

S4 will take me longer because I need to add more maps, and maybe a mod as well.

I'm really hoping that S4 will be done tonight but I highly doubt it.
