Graphics card?!?

Hey everbody,
well I really want COD7, but I don't know if my PC can handle it well enough....as in good graphics and not to laggy. My PC itself is.....well sorta shitty but not that bad. The graphics on my PC is s different story. They suck...so I was wondering what the best graphics card is. Any suggestions or things not to buy from personal experience. Are there any fairly cheap ones? Thanks!

It's not as simple as just buying a new card. You need to find out what sort of cards your motherboard can handle. You need to also find out how many watts your power supply is and make sure it can support a new card as well.

Hey Rippie, I'm in the same boat as you are now. Well, for another few more days that is.

As Damage said, you gotta find out if your MB supports something newer and what not.

Lol, Sempron, the AMD version of Celeron.

Sounds like you need more than a video card. You could put a gung-ho card in, but the game will just get caught up at the next bottle neck. You could have the fastest video card set-up on the planet, but without a decent CPU/RAM combo, the game will just tank.
