.iso files are image files. They don't necessarily have to be games.
No Mercy "acquired" a game, and the game is in .MDF - Media Disc Image file - format. He needs help in getting the image file mounted so he can install and play the game.
Basically it creates a virtual drive on your PC so you don't require a disk on your cd/dvd drive.
Another thing you may need beforehand is to burn the actual game... Though, from what I heard BO is one huge game so at the very least, you'll need a DL-DVD if you actually need to burn it.
I downloaded powerISO and went and clicked the file I downloaded (COD BO). It opened up with powerISO. It showed the contents of the file and I mounted to a virtual drive. The game setup launched. It was in Russian -.-
well, you got it working with powerISO like I said, too bad it was in russian though. What game was it? CoD 7? im sure that after tomorrow (9.11.2010) it will be lots of copies of it.
Guys problem solved *Thanks johnny* Its running in steam and asking for a CD key. The dude who uploaded the torrent said the cracked CD key should come soon
