2/9/10, Goodbye Cent0 ;(

today, my account Cent0 file somehow got deleted. ;( wally, blu and damage all saw. it seems that i lost ONLY my cent0 file, i still have my noob accs anyone know why? and i think i have a backup cent0, does anyone know where to insert that backup onto cod?

dunno if you have windows fucksta or XP.. but if you have a backup u can put it in this folder:

CProgram Files\Activision\Call of Duty Modern Warfare\Accounts (or profiles)
Launch cod4 again and your account is back online with all challenges.. classes and shit

Refer to this section Cent0. If you had your profile backed up you should be able to re-insert it without a problem. Good luck.

Yup cent0, that is the link I was going to post that Damage did, but he beat me to it

I hope you can get it back and everything back to normal, if not another option would be to change your name (in the game) on your forever account to cent0, just a thought

im haviing problems with this as we speak. I had my old profile from windows vista 64 bit saved on a thumb drive. I now have a new computer with windows 7. I put my profile into the directory but it wont save any changes i make to this file. Case in point. I change my resolution aspect ratio and classes. and then when I exit the game and restart the game. None of the changes i made are saved. ????? I think i might just start at level 1 again.

Didn't quite follow some of that. Not sure how to do it on W7, guess you would have to google it and see. I'm sure there is a fix somewhere you can use. Would suck to lose your golden AK.

I still have everything. the problem is nothing gets saved. So i could low this bitch up now. PLay for 10 hours straight, get 2 new golden guns and a shitload of killz and no of it would be saved.

im so dumb sometimes its not even funny. In a scared haste yesterday I thought i had erased all my shit on my external and then i was clicking like a mad man and changed a few program file folders and all their subfolders and files to read only. wow.....im dumb. Any luck CENTO?
