I am sure this thread will be locked very soon. I would much rather have this thread be locked than the thread joe made about his return to our forum. All you guys who still have a problem with joe, please come here and post about it. I moved posts from the thread joe made because they were completely unacceptable.
First of all, I thought that joe was hacking at the time of his ban. After I came under heavy suspicion for hacking, and now that some people continue to hold serious suspicions that I hack, I had to reconsider the possibility of joe's innocence. For those of you who think I hack, if there are any, that is too bad. I myself know that I don't hack, and every time you make remarks that insinuate that I am a cheater you make yourself a fool to me (at least a little bit). Obviously if there are those of you who are so sure that I hack when you are completely wrong, there could have been those of you who were so sure that joe hacked. He did not respond to his ban the way I would expect a real hacker to. He responded the way I myself MAY have reacted. Whether or not he was hacking, I think the admins had to make the ban. There was too much chance that he was, and the amount of certifiable evidence left to obtain was decreasing as joe became aware that he was being watched (at least that was the possibility). I myself do not know for a fact that he was hacking. I have heard people say they were not sure either.
Second of all, who here can say they are absolutely postive he was hacking? Based on what? Those of you who didn't see all the videos (which I assume is almost all of you) are basing it on killcams I am betting, which as I mentioned before, is a load of bullshit. Ask the guys at pbbans. You think they are gonna say "oh yea, just send a couple of killcams over here." While there are some cams that show WH, there are hardly any that provide concrete evidence. The most I experience is a killcam that is fishy enough for me to watch a guy for a couple minutes every once in a while, or until I decide he is actually wallhacking. There are so many different explanations for how someone knows where the other guy is that simply can NOT fit into 5 seconds of killcam.
If the admins think he should get his tags, that will happen. I hope you can trust them to make the right decision on their own, houston.
Like I said in my previous posts on the other thread, if you guys hold suspicions about me or joe, take as many /record demos as you like. Don't even tell me you are recording. The files are very small. Take the most hacky ones you can find and send them to pbbans for them to analyze. I assure you they do a better job than any of us, whether or not you like punkbuster. If you are not willing to find out for yourself the real truth of whether or not we hack, then keep your mouth shut, except to say that you can't know if we hack or not, because you haven't put the time into find out. You can be convinced all you want, but because I don't hack, there must be something wrong with your thoughts. DO NOT just record killcams and say they are evidence. I seriously hope there aren't mods making WH bans based solely on killcams. Killcams are 5 seconds of game, unless you see the guy take those 5 seconds to aim for your head through 2 walls, there is NO WAY you should be banning them without specing them first.

If he gives a shit what you guys are saying about him hacking, he will come to this thread (before it is locked or deleted) and talk to you about it here. There is no reason that you should be forcing this bullshit on him as soon as he returns. He has answered for all he can answer for at this point, and I think he should be given another shot.
