Dallas and WDC server upgrades

The Dallas and Washington D.C. servers are being upgraded with hardware RAID 10, SAS 15K RPM, etc.

For the next 24-48hrs the servers will be laggy and passwords might revert back to the old ones (this last part is for the staff).

I'm away from my PC so I'll post which servers are in Dallas and WDC in a while.

The Dallas servers are done with the upgrades. WDC servers are almost done.
