Hey guys. IDK if you guys know this guy, HBeta, he is a regular on s1, and i have never seen him hack before. Today on s4, for whatever reason he decided to aimbot, and yes i am sure it was him and not a namechanger, and yes i am sure he was aimbotting. He even admitted it. I would have permabanned him but i dont have the authority yet. Please perm ban on sight.

apparently he was also banned by punkbuster today before he aimbotted on our server. different name used then "I R NEWB," but its the same guid

LoL guys, if he's on a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) from his ISP then his IP address will change on it's own, normally they will last for a day or so and you get addressed a new address. This is prolly the majority of people out there that have internet connections, unless you specifically "ask" for a static IP address then more likely you got a DHCP

AFAIK, having the same ISP should net him with the first numbers the same.
LoL Wally, not sure what AFAIK means but if your saying that with a provider when your IP address changes that it has the same first numbers, well I can say with DSL that's not true. Before we got cable I could go into our router and "disconnect" our internet, then reconnect it to get a different address and many times every number would be different. The first, middle and last numbers were all different then what we had before, but with cable for some reason when I try to renew the address through the router it doesn't work now, just wanted to clear that up

Either way, I just saw HBeta on S1 (from my cell), and noticed he doesn't have the same info as mentioned above. Since no one else is there to spec him, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say they're completely different people.
exactly stevo, i know hbeta from playing with him on server 1 a lot. I know for SURE that he aimbotted on s4 the day i started this thread. He first asked me if i could ban him, then one killcam showed him aimbotting, then i called him out on it and he admitted it. He acted like Hbeta, and was very unhappy about me telling him he would be banned, and was asking how we ban, and if there was a way out of it. If this is a different Hbeta, i can understand, but if it is the same guy, then ban him,

ok. SO i talked to HBeta about it, and that talk paired with the fact that the guid's don't match i think absolutely proves his innocence. I think that this topic should be locked with the statement that HBeta should not be banned unless he is found hacking.
