right last week i got a call for a car company i used to work for. they phoned up and asked if i would go back to work for them and when i told them no due to the problems i had last time i worked there they then said well i would be running the bodyshop so i have no one to boss me about as such and when i still said no they gave up. then a mate called me up and asked the same thing but if i could just go back to cover the time he was having off due to him going on holiday. me being stupid agreed to take his place for two weeks and help him and the company out.
i turn up on friday and the manager did not have a clue what was going on so by the time he went and found the email from my mate half the day was gone what made it worse was when i got in to the bodyshop every member of staff that was ment to work in that part of the garage was not there or sitting down do nothing so after shoutting a bit i got everyone there and working stating that the jobs that were have a deadline and as normal its like 1 and a half weeks work and a weeks deadline was not happy. then i get lumped with two trainees that had not got a clue what to do, so found them some1 to work with and went to office to check paper work, see if i had to order anything like paint etc so once i had that sorted i went down to shop floor to see what was going on and make a start to find that half the work force had gone home and the other half were at a slow work pace.
saturday comes and im back with the rest of the twats (i was there at 7am and no one else turns up till 10pm) so i lost it with them again saying that i may not work here full time and you may not know that i have done this job before so if you dont wanna pull your weight then you can go see the site manager and tell him why. anyways that afternoon one of the trainees (well i was told it was a trainee bit it would not have surprised me if it was one of the lazy full time lads) had knocked a bucket of water all over the floor and not even bothered to clean it up. then i started to jig up a car to pull it straight again and the car split on the wet floor and i ended up with metal block hitting me in the back (from where the car moved the block was fired out)
now not able to really work at all (not even for myself or for a company)
spent all day in bed yesterday and back in the office today (thank god there not much paper work to do, which just leaves me to make sure the rest are working and then sit around on the net.
my back was already bad but this has kicked it all off again and now gonna have to take some time out to rest up which means no imcome for now and not being able to come on here or cod so if im not about you knwo why
just hope the rest of 2010 gets better and fast
