Just an idea that I thought of because I played in servers a while back that had B3, and it's cool. Basically it's like moderator and admin system. You give people a certain "Power level" between 1 and 100 I believe is the scale. You can set it to however you want but here's just something basic

1 - Normal User

20 - |KKK| member

40 - N00B Moderator

60 - Moderator

80 - Super-Mod

100 - Admins/people that help you edit B3

Basically what it does is you can have like KKK members be able to warn players with a certain rule with a command. Say Rule 1 is no spawn camping and I_LiKe_PiE is spawn camping. If someone is spawn camping a person with the power to warn would type (in the normal chat box)

/warn I_LiKe_PiE rule1

And then a warning comes up in their private (comes up as console saying something to you and it pops up in the chat portion. After a number of warnings, player is kicked from the server. You can also use shortening of the name or command.

/w I_LiK rule1 would do the same thing.

i really like this idea.
wally, i say we give this a try.
sometimes, there are no mod or supermods or admins around, so this will be a great thing for non mod members if no one is around

But then say for example theres only a noob mod on at the time what happens when he needs to kick or temp ban a spawn camper or in fact needs to ban a hacker. But the warn thing is ok ive seen it but i think it be too much of a hassle to just do all that instead.

i believe the higher the ranking you get, the less warning you need to do???

or maybe the mods still keep their powers?

yea by doing this thing we effectivily elminate the usefullness of say a noob moderater having to constantly warn people of the rules will be just as ineffective as last time nowa days its simple spawn camp will get u a kick at first then a temp ban next.

I never heard of B3 before.

I personally don't like the idea of a non-Moderator having access to the server. Heck, what happens if we have a rogue member? Then what? Or, we have a bunch of non-Moderators doing this, and how do we keep track of who's doing what?

Well, you don't have to have it that way.

You can set it up anyway you want.

You can have it so that just moderators can warn etc.

And Diz, you would keep your RCON and could still use that.
