I did read somewhere that you will be able to buy the remaster seperately later in the year. I just hope they keep the old style of dedicated servers and not their new matchmaking style. Then we might get more traffic when the game drops.Isn't it $80? You can't buy MW separately
I disagree with you on bo3 being a flop, I love it. Altho its like a relationship lol, there are some things I hateeeee(controller support with aim assist), but I mostly love it. Im sure we a standalone will be available not too long after initial release. Also, pretty sure as well there will be keys available on g2a.com, that is, if u can redeem and use the key without having infinite installed. So much nope.
I payed for the BO3 game and "season pass". After this flop, with its microtransaction-only content, I will not purchase another CoD. It's just not fun anymore. The roofs are all locked down with invisible walls despite being able to reach them with the jetpack. The ladders are unusable if you want to stick to the ground. There is so much missing that would make these new mechanics worth it that they just refuse to let us have.
As for a standalone CoD4 remaster? I'd get that probably. Only if it was the GOTY edition AND we have community-run dedicated servers and the ability to play with mods unranked. I heard they're only releasing 10 MP maps and it's going to be lobby-only. So a big hell no to that.
