Community funding sources

I have an idea I wanted to float past you guys.

Why don't we setup a so-called "Associate Account" with Amazon and whenever members or whoever want to purchase through Amazon we'd get a cut of the sale that we can use to fund the server.

Other websites have such a program we can apply for and it wouldn't cost any extra for the buyer so we don't have anything to lose.

Just a thought but if we're setting up a long-term community we should address funding solutions so Walt and a small number of players have to fund the whole operation.

Any thoughts?

Yeah I've seen things like that. I'm not sure how to set it up. You might have to contact like amazon customer support.

Basically KKK sets up a program with like Amazon.

For every time a KKK member buys something from Amazon, part of the money goes to WaLLy and he can use it for servers.

If he spends it on hookers, then the hookers can re-spend the money on drugs.

The money can work twice as hard then.

OR, he could spend the money on drugs that make HIM twice as hard FOR the hookers. Except he wouldn't be able to afford the hookers because he'd already spent the money on the drugs. Catch 22.
