Creating a new shop website(HIbred)

So I am going to be creating a new website for my shop ,I have one already but it's in html and looks crazy archaic.. My web designer wants to use wordpress .. this threads is for any of you with web design experience .

any suggestions as to:
web hotels
themes
etc
i want the site to do things like take parts requests and send them to my email
a questions forum if possible
live google maps?
i'm sure she can do all this but any good ideas or stuff may help

The email stuff and question forum is all doable with wordpress to my knowledge.

@joona can anyone recreate this with just the logo the TLC blue circle thing in hi res with clear background in illustrator and photoshop... i need it to put up on the new website which is in wordpress without the banner that says motorcycles
