Testing Banner Colors

Pretty sure I got every forum usergroup's banner color fixed (registered members don't get a banner), so if you'd like to see, make a post and look at the banner under your name.

Added them to all themes. Was easier than I thought.

Although it looks a bit weird in Greyscale's theme. May have to tweak that later on.

Ooooooohhhh. Ok. Wow. I feel stupid. For some reason my brain registered the banner as something that was gonna show up inside the post textbox. ........whoops. Thanks @MikeK & @WaLLy for trying to help clear my ignorance.
