Choosing new in-ear headphones

Hey, that's me again!

I'm a complete noob in that as well as in laptops.
I had the in-ear beats tour 2013 for the last 2 years which I liked a lot but they accidently broke so Im thinking of buying something new (may as well be beats or may be something else).

What I need:
In-ear buds to block voices of stupid people and all the possible noise in public places, subway or airplanes.
They need to be iPhone-compatible, i.e. the remote control shall be fully-functional with the possibility to change the volume, pause and change tracks plus work as a microphone.
Obviously, high sound quality as well.
Budget: up to EURO 120 or USD 150

I have $20 Skull Candy ear buds so maybe I am not the one to ask. XD

One of my buds has these Bose in ear noise canceling earbuds. You think "how could just an earbud be noise canceling" they work. A little high on your price but they are great and I think the cheaper versions are still very good

Found the $250 Bose headphones in the official Bose store here, they are $350 even with the current exchange rate and $450 if you apply the previous "normal" rate.
Not gonna buy headphones for that price.

Any other ideas?

They've been discontinued so their price is not too high, they have everything you need too.

Sennheiser HD 558, I just checked some old threads and checked what Freeze bought(The Dude approved lol). I'm not big on audio but I think I'm about to invest in a better pair next month.
