I'm real angry, It's fucking bullshit, how I discussed the "incident" about sevenguns and then got Timed out form the shoutbox. AND I'M STILL TIMED OUT, KREUBS FIX YOUR GOD DAMN SHIT!

For those of you who don't know, I flamed on this sevenguns gay, because he got banned for saying "nigga" Saying nigga auto-bans you from the server, because Wally said so. (and it's a global fucking rule, name a server where saying nigga/****** is allowed.) IMO he was acting ignorant, saying stuff like: why can black ppl say nigga and I not? < If you don't know the reason why, you are ignorant IMO.

I don't care how much you disagree with me. I think it's out of the line for Timing me out for this. And Kreubs threatened people before, for nothing. I might have insulted the guy, but I know my limits, I DID NOT GO THAT FAR. The fun thing is, the discussion was over, Tito came in and I started to talk with Tito about it. Then that 7 guns guy came in, saying "is this nonsense still going on" and the kreubs came back, timing me out. FOR DISCUSSING SOMETHING WITH TITO. I think you guys have to discuss ALOT about what to say and what not to say in the shoutbox.

I'm also mad that I'm still timed out, almost 24 hours later. Kreubs clearly forgot to tell someone to unban me or do it himself. Way to go kreub, good job.

I will not leave the Krew, but I'm definitely going to lower my activity, because of some shit like this. (you can be happy, I hope you are)

I will not read comments, since every member always agrees with the mods/admins, in a dicksucking way. It's like y'all want to ben Mod/SM so bad.

I haven't felt me home here for the last year anyway. Shit is changing and we're moving from problem, to problem.

Well, having read the shout, I must agree the time-out wasn't warranted at the point it was given. If it was to be given, it should have been given sooner. Take and Tito were talking in dutch. No one understood what they were talking about, let alone were offended by it.

I made one remark about the convo 15 minutes later (or more) and sevenguns came back in right away (almost like beetlejeus) with basically "this is still going on?"

To me, it seems that the only thing sevenguns was worried about was whether or not he would be unbanned. I don't think he realized that the conversation in the shout had absolutely no bearing on that outcome whatsoever.

Take's conversation with Tito about the matter was legitimate and didn't represent the krew in a bad manner. A clear reason needs to be given for this time-out.

If it was to prevent Take from making a fuss, then the time-out wasn't warranted, because the fuss was over and done.
If it was done as a punitive measure, that is a different story. It certainly had the effect of a punishment, rather than a peace-keeping measure. I think that is very clear.



On the other hand, Take, there was no reason to get that worked up. You can get your point across without calling people names and making such a fuss. You're a long-time member, you have done a lot in and for this krew, and you definitely deserve to be heard, even if someone (or multiple people) might not like your opinion.


I disagree with you that the krew is changing for the worse. For a while there, I would have agreed with you. The social politics seem to be leaving the krew, not gaining hold on it. I would say it is more returning to the "good old days." You leaving (or becoming inactive and spiteful) will just move us away from that.

To answer your question:

The only servers I have been on where that language is allowed is on private servers. So, yes, it was kinda dumb to use that language in a public server, especially one that has automated console spam that says "no racism of any kind." However, people make mistakes, and I hardly think anyone should be perm-banned for one mistake, as long as it was an honest mistake and it won't happen again. The guy doesn't seem racist, and I don't think he was using the term as such. Maybe a little ignorant of the weight such a word carries and ignorant of the rules, but not racist.


So TAKE it easy, and don't go AWAY.
We seem to keep forgetting that it's a lot easier to just try and be friends.



For others, takeaway obviously is very serious about this thread and this issue. It would be very immature to pollute with one-liners and cheap shots. And even more-so to post anything that amounts to "he started it."

Kreubs, if you are going to ban people from the shout, you need to make remembering to unban a priority, in my opinion. Or you need to let him know he's going to be banned for over 24 hours.

It's changed? Of course it's changed. So does the weather on a daily basis. That's what life does, it changes.

While i agree with most of the points you made in shout, you went about making those points in a rather poor manner and are continuing to do so here.

If you want people to take you seriously, don't rant and rave with F bombs and insults. Calling people out in public isn't the best way to go about things either. This was between you and Kreubs. Sort it out privately.

Of course I disagree on the deletion. Just like with my stupid, raving, over the top, out of hand posts, I like to leave them there, so people can see where I said stupid shit. They are also a reminder to myself of how ridiculous I can be when I get all fired up.


BTW no one is addressing a clear issue here. Take was banned from the shout, without clear reason given, without a time limit given, and then the ban was promptly forgotten about.

Dare I say, with great power comes great responsibility? At least an acknowledgment of these happenings is due. Everyone makes mistakes.

I agree with you 100% about members just agreeing with mods/admins without even thinking it out. But IMHO I think it's not just admins but also just other respected members even when what they say is the dumbest thing to ever come out of their mouths. BUT maybe I just feel this way because my opinion is usually in the minority. Hmm.

I hope you realize that posts like your OP and the outburst you had/having are the things that contribute to the problems you mention. They don't, in ANY way, help solve or prevent them from happening in the future.

I give members a lot more credit than you do, i suppose. I don't see them agreeing with staff simply because they're staff and they are trying to 'kiss ass.'
